Therapeutic Approach

About me

A woman with dark hair, wearing glasses and red lipstick, dressed in a red and white patterned blouse.

I’m Janette Rodriguez, a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist with a strong academic and professional background in psychology and counselling. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (B.A.), a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology followed by two Master’s degrees (both MSc).

Bilingual in English and Spanish, I’m able to offer therapy in both languages, which helps me connect with clients in a more personal, accessible way.

Believing that the therapeutic relationship is central to effective therapy, my focus is on helping clients develop skills to regulate their emotions, cope more effectively, and feel validated throughout their therapeutic journey.
