How much do sessions cost?

Sessions are £100 per hour.

I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if therapy feels right for you.

To secure your booking, payment is required 48 hours in advance. Payments can be made via bank transfer, and full details will be provided in Terms and Conditions.

I also accept clients covered by Aviva, AXA PPP, Vitality, and WPA insurance providers.
